These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Online Waiver Software("the Service"), provided by SaaSMosaic. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Online Waiver Software is a digital waiver platform that lets businesses collect, store, and manage liability waivers from their customers. We provide the platform; you control what waivers your business publishes and what data you collect.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and the legality of the waivers you publish. You must comply with applicable US federal and state law, including consumer-protection and child-online-privacy laws.

3. Liability disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT A LAW FIRM, DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE, AND THE STARTER TEMPLATES WE SHIP ARE FOR CONVENIENCE ONLY. YOU SHOULD HAVE COUNSEL REVIEW YOUR WAIVER TEMPLATES BEFORE DEPLOYING THEM. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASMOSAIC'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

4. Termination

You may cancel anytime via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account for abuse, fraud, or non-payment. On termination you can export your signed-waiver data for 90 days.
